Responsible for planning/implementing/leading enterprise collaboration based voice projects.
Responsible for leadership and training to lower level engineers and technicians.
Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all voice equipment such as PBX, voicemail, video conference system, network management and diagnostic tools, etc.
Responsible for performing system generation, tuning, configuration, upgrades, performance management, disaster recovery, and usage reporting as required. .

Analyses existing customer network/voice infrastructure and leads team in identifying potential enhancements to sustain and improve optimization and performance.

What Do We Want
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science Engineering/Telecommunications or related Technology curriculum preferred
Minimum 3 - 5 years\' experience in supporting enterprise level Telecoms/PABX systems
Experience in 24x7 environment with on-call responsibilities
Experience working in a high-pressure environment
Experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco enterprise-level PABX Environments.
Understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability
Experience in highly virtual environments
Strong personnel management, analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
Formal training in CISCO PABX systems implementation administration & management
CISCO Collaboration Certification will be preferred
Candidates with system networking experience shall be an advantage.
