Job Description
• Working hour: 8am – 6pm (Mon – Sat)
• Company located at Sembawang
• BCA: A1 Main Con
• Well Established Construction Company

Job Scope
- Preparing civil and structural design calculations / engineering reports
- Obtaining planning and / or building regulations approval
- Liaising with relevant government authorities, stakeholders and project team
- Familiar with authority regulations, design codes and submission requirements is advantageous
- Knowledge of engineering software and MS Office
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and Civil and Structural Engineering software applications
- Monitoring and inspecting works undertaken by contractors
- Carrying out building inspections & reports on findings
- Following up with relevant authorities for clearance of TOP / CSC application
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore
- 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of steel & reinforced concrete, structural analysis & design will be advantage
