Job Description
Connect Energy partners with a well renowned consultancy firm to look for a CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER with experience in life science / pharmaceutical industry to be part of their Project Management Team (PMT). This is a 2 years contract for a Singapore project.Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of C&S, this position is responsible for reviewing design drawings and design from the design engineering team for construction.
- Taking charge of site civil and steel structural construction work, to be the subject matter expert in this area.
- Responsible for on site quality improvement and HSE requirements
- During project phase, individual is expected to be pro-active in taking multiple roles to support the overall success of a greenfield project.
- Coordinate with inter-discipline to ensure project is constructed as plan and accordingly to local standards requirements from the government authorities.
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from a recognized universities according to PE Board of Singapore.
- At least 5 years relevant experience working as Site C&S Engineer for Pharmaceutical / Chemical projects.
- Good problem solving skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
- Willing to take on 2 years contract.
- Willing to work in Tuas vicinity.
