Job Description

1. Perform concept design studies, sketch plans, and criteria/facilities programs for projects as required 2. Perform technical review of drawings and required design submission on assigned projects, and to ensure conformance with company design standards 3. Innovative and cost effective design to meet company design standard 4. Represents the department to face the clients and builds positive and mutually beneficial relationships 5. Assist inter-department coordination on all project related issues 6. Assist with design guidance to client and their consultants, as well as internal design and construction staff to adapt company design standards 7.Conduct site visits and prepares Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) 8. Provide recommendation for design changes to address customer satisfaction, operational concerns, company standard, and development strategies 9. Any other relevant tasks assigned by management


JOB QUALIFICATION 1. Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Civil design or relative working experience 2. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in actual civil construction , design practioners and large scale wafer plant civil constructoin design. 3. Good engineering design skills, technical and project management skills 4. Strong conceptual design/freehand sketching and/or digital presentation abilities 5. Possesses intermediate knowledge of applicable codes, and implications on design 7. Demonstrated success in taking projects through design review process 9.Proficient skills in English and Mandarin language in speaking and writing 10.Ability to work well in high volume, fast-paced environment as a member of a collaborative team 11. Proficient in electronic mark-up software, MS Office, MS Project, Sketchup, AutoCAD and other relevant 3d softwares.
