Job Description
Responsibilities
Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time
Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
Job Requirement
Requirements
Background in Civil preferably with at least 5 of relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms. Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skill Proactive and positive in delivery day-to-day task
