Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Material Science / Chemistry or equivalent
2+ years experience candidates are welcome to apply
Familiar with the fundamentals of concrete properties, admixture technologies and applications
Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/EN standards or specifications for Civil Engineering and concrete
Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist Planning Manager on-site planning, manpower, and equipment management
To liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
To design and draw conceptual drawings
Prepare correspondence, method statements, risk assessment, safe work procedure, presentations, and relevant project reports
Monitor and submit weekly/ monthly progress report
Attend project meetings
Proficient in MS Project and AutoCad
Must be well-versed in Singapore Safety Standards and Code of Practice Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Safety & Compliance
Enforce site safety rules (e.g. working at heights, confined spaces).
Liaise with HSE team to assess civil risks.
Ensure work follows company, regulatory, and industry codes (e.g. BCA, SCDF, API, ISO standards depending on country/plant type).
