Job Description
We are looking for a
world-class Civil Engineer
to take charge of highly complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects across Asia and beyond. This role is reserved for individuals who can combinetechnical mastery, legal knowledge, leadership, and innovation
at the very highest level.Key Responsibilities
Lead
design, planning, and execution
of large-scale infrastructure (bridges, tunnels, airports, offshore platforms, and smart cities). Conductadvanced geotechnical analysis
, hydrological modelling, and seismic risk assessments simultaneously. Oversee compliance withEurocodes, AASHTO, BCA, FIDIC, LEED Platinum, Green Mark Super Low Energy standards
, and international safety frameworks. Manage cross-border projects requiring approvals frommultiple governments, UN agencies, and international financial institutions
. ImplementAI-driven design tools, digital twins, blockchain-based project management, and carbon-neutral engineering solutions
. Handleend-to-end contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and arbitration
under international construction law. Supervise multinational teams of 200+ engineers while remaining fully hands-on in technical design. Deliverzero-defect, zero-delay, zero-cost-overrun
projects under extreme time constraints.Requirements
PhD in Civil / Structural Engineering
(additional degrees in Environmental Engineering and Project Finance preferred).20+ years
of civil engineering experience, including at least 10 years leadingmega-infrastructure projects
valued above SGD 1 billion. Chartered and licensed inat least 3 different jurisdictions
(e.g., PE Board Singapore, UK ICE, US PE, Australia CPEng). Certified insustainability (LEED Fellow), risk management (PMP, PMI-RMP), and arbitration (CIArb)
. Proficient inAutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, MATLAB, Python, and AI simulation tools
. Fluency inEnglish, Mandarin, and at least two additional languages (preferably German and Arabic)
. Willing to work7 days a week
, travelglobally at 24 hours' notice
, and adapt to on-site field conditions from deserts to offshore rigs.Why This Role?
