Civil Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for planning and monitoring schedule for all projects
Work closely with drafters and perform quality check of all drawings before construction on site.
Ensure the execution of works, products and services are in accordance with the customers' requirements, drawings and specifications, etc and direct the carrying out of remedial measures to any non-conformances immediately upon discovery.
Liaise with Project teams, authorities, client, architects and various contractors to ensure project work is carried out smoothly.
. Attend project meetings, including kick-off, progress, technical, safety, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
Conduct periodic inspection of construction works.
. Prepare technical documents including work schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
. Prepare tender documents, B.Q. calculations, monthly progress claims, VO claims, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by P.E. Board
Min. 5 years relevant experience in building and construction related field
. Proficiency in preparing technical documents, tender submissions, and project reports.
