Job Description
s
- Assist the project managers in all aspects of project management related works.
- Handle technical matters such as preparing method statements, construction program, shop drawing, & other submissions related to project required by main contractors and project owners.
- Liaises with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
- Other ad-hoc works assigned by managers
Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related major
- Able to work at site
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Proficient in AUTOCAD
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness
- At least 3 years related experience required
