Requirements: OPEN to SINGAPOREANS/ NO QUOTA for any Work Passes. * Degree in, CIVIL Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent

• Must have a minimum of 4 - 10 years of Singapore Civil Project working experience
• ALL our Employers Will Not Sponsor ANY Form of Work Passes
• With Good Spoken / written English, communication & interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in technical coordination in construction of relevant work experience with Singapore Civil / Structural projects.
• Basic Understanding of RC/Steel Structure Construction
• Proactive coordination with Architectural, Fa\xc3\xa7ade and M&E trades on Project
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with clients, management, and to team members
• Preferable experience of Precast Concrete Structure works and PBU
• Some knowledge of BIM software/Autodesk Revit, an added advantage.
• 4 years of relevant Singapore experience preferably in civil structural projects
• Proficiency in MS Office Project Management added advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Open to Singaporeans / STRICTLY NO WORK Pass Holders.
• Review all technical documentation as required under the contract.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other associated documentation to the relevant parties.
• Ensure proper coordination with Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors in resolving all technical issues.
• Provide technical solutions to site-encountered problems.
• Ensure all relevant approvals (e.g. samples, drawings) are obtained according to the working program.
• Attends Technical Meetings and Coordination Meetings etc.
