Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for project planning to ensure smooth execution and completion of works Site supervision of works Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, , external works, including temporary works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors Review all design, construction and shop drawings Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shop drawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc Ensure works are carried out safely on site Prepare and check works according to Company's 3-in-1 management system procedures

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry With Construction Safety Course for Project Managers Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic AutoCAD
