Job Scope
Design & Analysis
Prepare civil and structural engineering designs, drawings, and calculations.
Ensure structural safety, stability, and durability. Use software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit) for analysis and modeling.
Project Planning & Coordination Work with architects, M&E engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Review project specifications and ensure compliance with authority requirements. Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and tender documents.
Site Supervision:
Oversee construction activities to ensure they follow approved drawings and standards.
Conduct site inspections, quality control, and resolve technical issues.
Monitor progress, safety, and workmanship on site.
Regulatory Compliance; Liaise with government authorities for approvals (e.g., BCA, PUB, URA, etc. in Singapore).
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Problem Solving; Investigate structural issues, defects, or failures. Provide engineering solutions and modifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (mandatory). Entry-level: Fresh graduates can join as Assistant/Junior Engineer.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
