Job Description
Project: HDB at Clementi (BTO)
:
Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team. Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications. Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records. Ensure company's safety rule is complied with. Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications. Attend site meetings and perform site inspections. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. Any other task assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer Minimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.
Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.
