Responsibilities

Advise appropriate service / repair requirements to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
Schedule daily appointments for accident and body repair.
Assign workshop loading/ job control for body and paint department.
Maintain excellent rapport with all authorized insurance companies.
Ensure all supplier invoices are accounted, recorded and escalated on a timely basis.
All ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
