Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and governance standards.
Liaise with applicants to clarify queries and resolve claim issues.
Maintain accurate records and support audit or process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in claims processing, finance, or grant administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
