Job Responsibilities:

Check for completeness of the claim documents uploaded by grant recipient and verify the final grant claim amount is substantiated with relevant supporting document
Check for claimant eligibility against system or agency-generated report(s)
Verify 100% of qualifying expenses against approved application
Conduct additional checks to verify deployment location(s) and nature of business via online search portals
Liaise with grant recipients and relevant client officers with regards to any queries or missing documents
Liaise with grant recipients and/or client officers on enquiries on payment process or payment status

Job Requirements:

Officer should have at least five years of relevant experience in any of the following forms of audit. (a) Financial Audit (b) Operational Audit (c) Compliance Audit (d) Information Systems Audit
Officer should possess any of the following certification (or any equivalent certification): Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
