:
- Correctly assessing claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions; and where any potential coverage issue is identified, obtain full details prior to reaching a firm decision on policy coverage
- Ensure that the rationale for the reserve is recorded in the claims management system
- Ensuring that every claim is regularly reviewed and proactively managed to resolution
- Ensuring that all of the claim that are recorded on the Actuarial Watchlist are regularly monitored
- Providing high quality narratives for the weekly movement and divisional claims reports
