ABOUT THE JOB
Job purpose
We are looking to reinforce our P&I claims team in Asia and are looking to hire a claims administrator to support us in the administrative and operational work of Fixed Premium P&I unit in APAC. The successful candidate will be expected to be task -orientated, work efficiently in organised manner, in line with claims procedure, standards and compliance requirements. She/he will work fairly independently but will also be expected to be a team player and align strategies and objectives with the team and the wider organisation. The successful candidate will report to the Claims Executive & Head of Operations in charge in Singapore.

You can help MS Amlin to achieve this by:
Providing support for administrative and operation work to claims handlers, claims executives/operations in- charge and the Director.
Providing support to ensure work are in line with claims standards and procedures and compliance requirements.
Strong numerical skills, with a good grasp of calculations, data analysis, and basic statistics. Accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to interpret figures and trends are essential in this role.
Proficient in Excel or other data tools is a plus
Having good communication and language skills
Having a mentality and drive to want to solve problems
Being a team player, offering support to claims handlers and executives especially in months where renewals are underway; there are large volumes of claims; periodic compliance requirements
Having good IT as he/she will be required to support IT issues.
Being task-orientated, organised, able to work under pressure and deliver completed work by deadline
