Position: Car Workshop Admin/Claims Advisor
:
Handling of car accident reporting related matters
Manage customer expectations from accident reporting to vehicle repair completion
Create repair estimates for damaged vehicles
Communicate with insurance company/surveyors for claims
Manage & coordinate with technician on repair plans
To be able handle customer enquiry & phone calls
Prepare quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoicing
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by superior.
Posses some insurance knowledge
Job Requirements
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must possess at least O level, diploma or degree
Good communication skills
Keen in learning
Keen to work in automotive industry.
