Process / verify the eligibility, accuracy and completeness of the grant claims submitted
Process / verify the accuracy of amount claimed and the required approval
Ensure timely disbursement of claims
Single Point-of Contact between Project Team, grantee and customers\xe2\x80\x99 officers and/or appointed
agents/vendors for processing purpose
Assist with reporting
Support Service deliveries and undertake additional tasks when assigned
Period:
2 year contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

AMK
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
Salary:
Up to $3300 + PB
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a diploma with no less than 1 year of administration or operation experience, or
O/A-level qualifications with no less than 3 years of administration or operation experience preferably with finance and grant applications or claims processing experience
Good interpersonal and communicate skills (English: oral and written)
Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage
A strong team player with good supervisory, people management and communications skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity to serve the stakeholders
