In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the PRUShield Claims Inpatient team (including the Pre-authorisation team) to achieve the expected Key Performance Indicator, SLA and quality customer experience delivery. You will be working together with the Head of PRUShield Claims to in supporting the business and process improvement and/or system enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency and customer centricity.
You are also required to provide dedicated PRUShield claims services to policyholders and Financial Consultants in ensuring delivery of key service objectives through efficient and effective claims management.
As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of PRUShield Claims (under the Medical Portfolio Management Department). You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to manage PRUShield Claims that require special or delicate handling, compliant with internal policy and regulatory requirement and meet monthly service objectives (SLA).
