Responsibilities

• Investigate applications received for Claims and authorize refund for before collection date
• Investigate cases pertaining to refund matters
• Inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
• Investigate refund disagreements raised by customer
• Attend to enquiries from operators pertaining to revaluation
• Attend to operators request for reports and enquiries on claims/cards
• Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE O Levels with at least a B4 for Maths
• Possess refund / claims / accounting experience is advantageous
• Prior experience in a number sensitive role are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communications and interpersonal skills

Other Information:

• Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour
• Location: Town
• Salary: Up to $2700/mth + AWS + VB
