- Receives claims advice and advises claimant/s or required documents and claims procedures.
- Receives claim documents and sorts it according-New claims / entries, Additional documents required & Billing statement
- Registers new claim.
- Ensures the equitable distribution of newly registered claims to Multilines (ML) and Motor Car (MC) Processors, and immediately forwards to the concerned Processor the additional claim documents received.
- Reports noted deviation to the Head for its immediate rectification.
- 8 hour shift
- Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
