Job Description

Expansion hiring for a health insurance firm with global operations and focus on long-term partnerships, sustainable health solutions, and innovation in areas like longevity, critical illness, disability, and medical.
They are looking to hire an experienced claims professional with strong focused on vendor management and service delivery. This role plays a key part in ensuring that their service partners deliver high-quality claims adjudication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day claims operations and service delivery from appointed third-party vendors.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met, particularly in claims quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor onboarding, training, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Act as a key liaison for product launches, process changes, and escalations.
• Review complex or escalated claims and provide adjudication guidance.
• Conduct regular performance and claims analysis reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Lead service governance meetings and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all data protection and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in claims health insurance
• Ideally comes with experience in regional claims
• Proven experience in vendor or service partner management.
• Strong understanding of claims processes, service delivery metrics, and customer experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
