Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and timely distribution of products.
Operate barcode scanners to scan slabs, package finished products (shrink wrap, box, label) and stage them for dispatch.
Assist in warehouse operations including loading/unloading and preparing products for distribution/collection.
Operate forklifts, trucks, and overhead cranes for safe movement of products.
Maintain drivers' logbook, daily logs, inspection reports, and freight records accurately.
Communicate with operators from other shifts and update managers after each delivery stop.
Inspect all incoming and outgoing products for damages and report issues for quality control.
Carry out other warehouse or distribution duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess valid
Class 5 Driving License
.
Valid
Forklift License
.
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
