Teaching & Learning
Conduct small-group ICT teaching in inclusive classrooms, supporting students with learning difficulties.
Deliver targeted instruction in digital literacy, numeracy, literacy, and other academic areas where applicable, embedding ICT tools to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Plan, adapt, and modify curriculum materials and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Integrate assistive technologies and AI responsibly to support differentiated learning and inclusive participation.
Implement creative, student-centered instructional strategies that promote confidence, independence, and innovation.
Individualized Education & Student Support
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific learning needs, in collaboration with therapists, specialists, and colleagues.
Regularly monitor, assess, and document student progress, adjusting strategies and IEP goals as needed.
Provide targeted interventions for students requiring additional support in ICT or core subjects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP documentation.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and specialists to ensure a coordinated approach to student learning and development.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
Share best practices in ICT/AI integration and inclusive teaching strategies to build capacity among colleagues.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Special Education, ICT Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an inclusive or SEN environment.
Relevant experience working with children or individuals with learning difficulties.
Proficiency in using educational technology platforms to track student progress and create individualized learning plans.
Familiarity with IPC or IMYC frameworks is highly preferred.
Knowledge and skills in classroom and behavior management, applying effective intervention strategies.
