Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness of the premises in which they work by performing cleaning duties.
Cleaning of assigned areas and ensuring cleanliness and dryness of the club, including kitchen, dining area and toilets.
Collecting and removing waste/rubbish from the work area to the collection point as directed.
Timely clean the tables after customers have consumed their meals to cut short the waiting time for the next customer.
Responsible for ensuring the kitchen flooring, all kitchen equipment and all workstations are scrubbed and cleaned.
Carry out general cleanings such as ensuring serving wares and dishware are washed, sanitised and cleaned.
Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and well-maintained.
Maintain a hygienic working environment according to hygiene regulations and company standards.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Able to work on rostered scheduled days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Transport claim for late night duty.
Positive attitude!
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
