Role Overview

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff. As a key part of our studio operations, you'll ensure all areas from workout zones and locker rooms to common areas are spotless and hygienic throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Rooms and Studio Floors - 40%

Sweep and mop studio floors before and after classes Clean mirrors, windows, and surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance Refresh yoga mats, blocks and straps after each session Maintain air freshness and ensure diffusers are filled appropriately

2. Locker Rooms and Restrooms - 25%

Clean toilets, sinks, showers, and changing areas multiple times daily Refill soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other supplies Ensure proper sanitation and pleasant scent throughout the day Report maintenance or plumbing issues promptly

3. Reception, Waiting, and Lounge Areas - 15%

Dust and sanitize seating areas, tables, and reception counters Keep entryways, doors, and display shelves clean and clutter-free Empty bins and maintain an inviting, peaceful atmosphere for guests

4. Supplies - 10%

Maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies Ensure stock levels are replenished before running low

5. Deep Cleaning and Maintenance Support - 10%

Perform weekly deep cleans based on business operations needs Assist with occasional maintenance tasks or event setups Follow cleaning checklists and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements

Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Physically able to perform cleaning duties (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)

Work Schedule

Full-time, approximately 35-40 hours per week Includes morning and evening shifts and weekends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per month
