Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations Lead and coordinate a team of 22 cleaners Create and maintain deployment schedules Ensure daily attendance and arrange replacements when necessary Transport cleaners to job sites Handle attendance tracking and timesheets Manage feedback and complaints from customers professionally Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment Provide training, support, and discipline to cleaners

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a cleaning operations supervisory role Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or schedule changes Valid driver's license Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with team and clients

Compensation:

Working location: Jurong East, Singapore

- Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Annual leave: 14 days in first year; +1 day/year up to max 28 days Performance bonus & Summer Bonus in August (average 1-month salary) AWS Company vehicle provided; Reimbursement for petrol and ERP charges if using personal vehicle Company laptop and mobile phone provided Company medical insurance
