1. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and day-to-day manpower coordination.
2. Quality Control: Regularly inspect cleaning quality and supervise periodic work at job sites to ensure quality service delivery.
3. Client Communication: Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents, maintaining good communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Planning & Scheduling: Develop cleaning schedules and work plans to effectively allocate staff; stand in at work sites if short of manpower.
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequacy and availability.
6. Budget Management: Control the budget for cleaning services and optimize costs and resource usage.
7. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and train staff on relevant practices.
8. Team Collaboration: Work as a team player with good problem-solving skills and self-discipline; communicate effectively with senior workers.
9.Additional Duties: Perform any job duties assigned by management or authorized personnel.
