Monitor cleaning team and operations to ensure service delivery meets expected quality
Mentor new and existing staff to meet KPI and contractual requirements
Ensure that premises are maintained at high hygiene standards and team follows safety strictly
Plan and monitor cleaning services schedule
Carry out inspection at job sites to ensure that cleaning is done to customers satisfaction
Respond without delay to clients on complaints and feedback
Resolve on-site operational issues with team and client, if required
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure that cleaning consumables are not in short supply
Must be willing to cover duties for staff who are on emergency leave
Any other duties as assigned by management
