Clerical Officer 2
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: $3000

Responsibilities:
- Preparation & booking of meeting rooms for visits, meetings and events
- Prepare nameplates
- Serving of drinks to visitors and guests
- Serve refreshments as required
- Inform and request Campus Security to assist on access for invited guests and visitors during and after office hours
- Upkeep and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
- Manage stock level and storage of pantry and other related items
- Check receiving items delivered as per requested order by supplier and reject overdue and expired item as not acceptable
- Management of supplies in Lodge ensuring they in good condition and changing out of nearing expiry items
- Update and monitor office key boxes and common PCs in PO
- Liaise, manage and process temporary pass and card access to new and existing staff, ensure timely issuance of pass as and when required
- Document digitization \xe2\x80\x93 scanning, sorting, e-filing, filing, checking
- Manage filing records and cabinets
- Duty coverage and/or PA duties as required
- Other ad hoc duties
- 1 year contract
- up to $3000
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 8.30 am to 5.45 pm.
- Friday 8.30 am to 5.15 pm
- Boon Lay (Tertiary institution)
- Minimum O level with admin experience
