Job Description




Responsibilities

  • To keep proper compliance of all documentation and administrative
    requirement for all the respective Discipline Teams within the Project Division.
  • Maintain and upkeep respective project documentations and filing for the entire life-cycle of a project from initiation to final documentation submission.
  • Other administrative tasks; compilation of claims, travel arrangement, bookings etc.
  • To adopt best practices and implement continual monitoring and improvement on HSE(Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years admin work experience Good computer skills and filling skills
