We are seeking a skilled and resilient Account Manager to join our team. This role requires managing client accounts for social media and websites, ensuring top-notch service and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple projects under pressure, providing solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts related to

• social media and website management.

Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their

• needs and business objectives.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative and technical staff,
to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer

• needs.

Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple

• accounts, ensuring effective execution and client satisfaction.

Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to create strategic plans for social media and

• digital presence that align with their brand goals.

Analyze current digital strategies and suggest improvements based on

• market trends and performance metrics.

Performance Monitoring:
Regularly review analytics and create reports on campaign performance to

• guide future strategies.

Provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams based on data

• and trends.

Crisis Management:
Efficiently handle and resolve client issues that arise, ensuring

• minimal impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Adapt swiftly to changes or challenges in project scopes or timelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related

• field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager,

• particularly in digital or social media marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms

• and website management tools.

Excellent organizational and project management
skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple accounts and projects

• simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal

• skills, with the aptitude to forge strong relationships with clients.

Ability to work under pressure and manage stress

• effectively in high-demand situations.
• Analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or creative agency.

Proficiency in CRM software and content

Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and online
