This may include reviewing any supporting KYC / Constitutional documents that may needed for more complex Account Openings.\xc2\xb7 Work with the Relationship Manager/Assistant Relationship manager in identifying any deficient documentation and support them in their follow-ups with the client.\xc2\xb7 Update data from source documents into the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Client Onboarding System\xc2\xb7 Monitor and follow up closely on outstanding documentation to ensure account opening documentations are submitted accurately and timely.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Compliance to ensure policies and processes are aligned with latest regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 To support implementing a controls framework within the function. This includes identifying key risk areas and implementing periodic controls to mitigate any static errors. This also entails involvement in remediating any identified errors and working closely with the RTB teams to refine and enhance processes.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Similar experience in private banking or retail banking.\xc2\xb7 Candidates with minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity and who has displayed keenness in developing a career in Account Documentation Review.\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and detail oriented\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively as part of the team.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with minimal direction.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
