VCA Managed Services (VMS) is a critical component of our VCA strategy, providing our clients with the execution muscle they require to enhance performance and increase profitability. VMS brings the \xe2\x80\x98best of Visa\xe2\x80\x99 to the clients, playing the role of orchestration layer between client teams and Visa subject matter experts (SMEs). As clients confront increased challenges in their operating environment whilst also facing capacity constraints and capability gaps, VMS helps to drive implementation or delivery of their strategic initiatives, facilitating significant and tangible value creation.

The VCA Sales Specialist Manager, Managed Services is responsible for implementing Visa\xe2\x80\x99s Commercial Capabilities with a key Commercial Issuer in Singapore. As a natural collaborator, you will develop a network of key cross functional stakeholders including various product teams, sales, client support at Visa and work directly with the client and implementation partners to expand the usage of Visa\xe2\x80\x99s Commercial Capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to excel in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires you to:

• Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to the client which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, technology and operational environment of target customers, including major operational risk issues
• Assess client business needs and identify applicable functional capabilities required, helping client add various capabilities to achieve success
• Leverage appropriate Visa assets and resources to provide an exceptional implementation & integration experience to the client
• Develop key focus sectors (e.g. Healthcare, Government, Logistics) with specific value propositions
• Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required both at Visa and client\xe2\x80\x99s side
• Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of Visa\xe2\x80\x99s Commercial Capabilities to meet portfolio growth targets
• Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders within Visa as well as with the client

Qualifications

• 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience involving product management, presales consulting and/or launching new products (preferably with commercial segments)
• Bachelor\'s degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related fields a plus
• Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
