Our Client:

Our client is a well-established private equity firm that specialize in real estate investment. They have a strong presence in Asia-Pacific, and they are currently managing approximately 1 billion in assets. They are actively looking for a Client Coverage Manager/ Senior Manager to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Assist investors with their KYC/AML requirements, regulatory clearances, and relevant KYC/AML monitoring.
• Assist in the growth of the Company's investor base, capital raising for the Company's investment funds, including but not limited to co-investments, segregated accounts, discretionary and non-discretionary investment mandates, and External Asset Management (EAM) business, including multi-family office setup
• Ensure that any client-impacting regulatory changes and business changes are communicated to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Support the consistent delivery of high-quality services in order to achieve the firm's overall business goal of revenue growth. Provides a strong and stable processing environment with effective controls

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Currently have a relationship with institutional clients / HNW individuals / private bank customers with brokers / commercial banks to engage immediately
• Knowledge in the real estate industry is an added advantage
• Candidates with asset management background is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is a preferred
