He/she will support projects in the Communications (Comms) sector within Telco+. He/she will partner with the Client Service Lead, to bring together Telco+ offerings, focusing on AI and Cloud, to solve the key clients' most critical business needs and bring value-added services to ensure they succeed. The Client Delivery Lead has responsibilities that encompass managing business value, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders and leading multifunctional project teams.What will you do?You will act as the single point of contact for the key client on all project delivery and managed services delivery matters, for areas in your care.This includes, but is not limited to, being accountable for budget, resourcing, timelines, earned value, project quality, NPS, customer satisfaction survey, etc.In project & operational delivery matters, you are expected to:
