Support client communication and engagement activities
Handle basic follow-ups, confirmations and information updates
Assist in coordinating meetings, onboarding or simple events
Maintain accurate records, contact lists and reports
Support initiatives that improve client experience and retention
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Comfortable communicating with clients and team members
Organised with good follow-up habits
Basic knowledge of email, spreadsheets or CRM tools
Customer service or support experience is a plus
