Client Engagement Associate
Location - Singapore
If you have experience in Client engagement in Executive Education, then this job is for you.
The client is Europe's leading organization offering Executive Education & Strategic Talent Management Services provider worldwide with its SEA HQ based in Singapore.
It requires you to have requisite skillset and experience to support active business development activities to ensure successful projects completion. Including administrative duties tracking sales leads in Salesforce, coordinating quotes and tenders (RFP) with sales packs, and managing customer accounts. You will Support marketing activities such as updating graphics and text for presentations and other external material (e.g., digital brochures). Research as well as organize data for reports and presentations to clients. Perform broad variety of administrative support to Faculty and team members. Performing general office duties including managing mainline, reception services, courier services and ordering supplies. Other ad hoc duties and support.
What we are looking for
A degree in Business Administration, or related preferred. Experience as executive assistant or other relevant administrative support Competencies. Excellent command of spoken and written English language. Basic Japanese knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent ability to handle clients and internal stakeholders. Strong ability to manage diverse tasks in a timely fashion. Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong IT skills and proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft office tools). Preferably with good experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other design tools
This position may include irregular hours and weekend work.
