Drive business growth by connecting client needs with internal technical services
Partnering with marketing and functional teams to develop and maintain sales assets (playbooks, talk tracks, case studies) and ensuring they are used effectively
Prepare and regular update on the site promotion material into the market
Work with Business Development, Project Management and CMC leaders, to coordinate potential/existing client visits and follow up business opportunities
Work with local team for support events, conferences, to promote site business
Establish and maintain relationships with related internal stake holders and potential/existing customers, to polish strategy and promote site business, with cross functional support
Job Requirements:
Bachelor, Master or PhD degree. Degree with biology, marketing, or business related is preferred.
At least 5 years' experience in biologics industry such as research, development, project management, marketing, business development or related experience.
In-depth and timely updated understanding of CRDMO business in discovery, development or manufacturing
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn and collaborate. Ability to effectively work across all levels, functions, sites and companies.
