About the Role

As our Client Experience & Brand Executive, you will be part of a small, dedicated team that serves both private homeowners and interior professionals. This is not a standard retail role. You will guide clients through meaningful design decisions while also supporting content, styling, and the daily rhythms of our showroom.

You will work closely with the founder and have space to grow into your strengths, whether that is in storytelling, styling, client care, or operations. Presence, integrity, and grace are just as important here as execution.

Responsibilities

Welcome walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism Guide clients through our finishes, collections, and lead times Respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries with clarity and intention Take ownership of showroom upkeep, including styling, cleanliness, and replenishment Assist with order packing, restocking, and inventory updates Support content preparation for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and email newsletters Participate in showroom styling, photo shoots, and campaign setups Assist the founder with brand and business tasks as needed

Who You Are

Genuinely interested in interiors, design, or lifestyle brands Meticulous with follow-through and take pride in finishing things well Comfortable with WhatsApp, Canva, Google Drive, and basic digital tools Clear communicator, grounded under pressure, and steady in presence Finds joy in both guiding clients and quietly getting things done behind the scenes Fresh grads or mid-career switchers are welcome Bonus if you have experience in styling, photography, or interior retail

Pay: From $1,800.00 per month

Day shift Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary Commission pay
