We are excited to advertise positions for part-time and full-time Client Experience Officer\'s to join our team at Embrace Physiotherapy. The position requires someone who is a \xe2\x80\x9cpeople person\xe2\x80\x9d, with a knack for organization.

THE ROLE: Our administrative team plays a huge role in the successful running of our clinic, and they are valued accordingly. They strive towards achieving our collective vision and are relied upon heavily by patients and practitioners.

Client experience is a huge focus for us, and the goal is to make sure we are delivering amazing experiences every time.

The PT position is up to 22 hours, 3 days week with rostered Saturday\'s. The FT position is up to 40 hours, 5 days week including rostered Saturdays.

Your role is to focus on providing excellent reception service for our wonderful patients and support to the physiotherapy team.

You will also be relied on for ad hoc coverage when our team needs extra support during annual leave / sick leave.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture with patients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

Start date is ideally end-June with training sessions in the week before the start date.

• Patient Nurturing : Ensuring that our patients have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic.
• Tower of Support : Ensuring that the physiotherapy team is well-supported so that they can create amazing outcomes for our patients.
• Efficiency on Reception : Delivering awesome service with efficiency and style, following our systems and procedures.
• Organization Whiz : Ensuring our clinic space and calendar are clean and maximised to help all the patients we care for.

Who are we? Embrace Physiotherapy is a clinic dedicated to women, specialising in Women\xe2\x80\x99s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and is located on Joo Chiat Road.
