Client Implementation Executive

Our client is a foreign bank.

:

• Responsible for the project management and implementation of Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions, including electronic banking, ERP interfaces, host-to-host connectivity and other related non-electronic processing, for customers
• Work with Sales to understand clients' business and transaction requirements, as well as any special customer needs
• Work with customers to understand and document their business and transaction requirements and to manage the scope and timeline for each implementation project tightly
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal and TB Product Management on the negotiating terms and conditions and other required documentation
• Ensure smooth implementation of required services, including follow-up of onboarding documentation and / or other service level documentation, within the agreed timeline
• Provide training to customers and ensure they are conducted professionally and effectively
• Provide periodic update to supervisor to ensure required actions are on track to meet implementation milestones
• Assist in pre-sales customer demonstration of product capabilities and features where necessary
• Provide feedback to TB Product on customer needs and trends, and competitor information
• Provide support for in-country related issues i.e. disputes on charges, pricing issues, profiling / setup issues and ensure incidents are resolved within the SLA

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Cash Management and Trade Finance implementation
• Salary ranges from S$3,500 to S$4,500 per month
