Responsibilities
Assist in managing client onboarding processes and documentation
Coordinate internal communications to ensure seamless handover and setup
Maintain trackers, client records and onboarding progress logs
Help organise onboarding sessions, meetings or training schedules
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for clients
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
Comfortable handling administrative, client-facing and coordination tasks
No prior experience needed; full training provided
