An exciting job as a Client Onboarding Specialist has just become available at a leading global financial services firm based in Singapore.

About the Client Onboarding Specialist Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Client Onboarding, this is an opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic professional with prior experience in client onboarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Customer Due Diligence for Client Onboarding scenarios and regular periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with AML regulations, approving or escalating cases in accordance with company policy
• Provide AML/KYC guidance to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating reasons for rejection where appropriate
• Identify potential issues and inefficiencies within existing onboarding processes and proactively suggest possible improvements
• Update procedures and system controls related to client onboarding processes
• Actively participate in projects and undertake ad hoc duties as required

To succeed in this Client Onboarding Specialist role, you must have prior experience in KYC/AML/CDD Operations for corporate clients. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a proactive approach to the review and improvement of standard processes and possess confidence along with strong communication skills and proven adaptability.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• At least three years of experience in client onboarding operations for corporate clients
• Familiarity with Refinitiv\'s World-Check screening tool a considerable advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meticulously
• Experience working as part of a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
