As a Client Outreach Specialist
, you'll be at the forefront of building meaningful client relationships and supporting our growth initiatives.What You'll Do
Reach out to potential clients via phone, email or social media to introduce our solutions Identify client needs and qualify prospects for the sales team Schedule appointments and follow-up communications Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system Provide feedback to enhance outreach strategies and engagement scripts
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated Organised, attentive to detail and able to manage multiple tasks Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or client outreach is a plus
