Support the client relations team with scheduling, follow-ups and correspondence
Assist in preparing client reports and maintaining records
Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams
Help monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
Experience in client support or administrative roles is a plus
