Responsibilities
Support client-facing communications through enquiries, calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record updates.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide course and service information.
Ensure client data and enquiry records are accurate and up to date.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with post-enquiry documentation.
Coordinate billing, payments, and basic finance-related documentation.
Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Assist the team with operational and ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline can apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Competent with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
Able to work independently, organized, and service-oriented.
Immediate starters or long-term commitment is an added advantage.
