Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth first interactions
Follow up with clients regularly to address queries and provide support
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Support engagement activities such as events, workshops and roadshows
Maintain client records and prepare simple reports
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualification
Experience in customer service, sales or client-facing roles welcome
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, organised and proactive in follow-ups
